Nick and Scott started their original company Summit Pacific Properties in 2010 with the goal of building a company that would allow them to build and hold rental properties.  In 2014 Scott and Nick realized the need to separate their construction company from their investment company, and through that process Summit Pacific Investments was born.  Summit Pacific Properties is still the construction arm used to build rental properties, as well as custom homes and spec homes.
