Giving back is a very large part of who we are and who we want to be.

It is because of that we have made a simple commitment - for each

house we sell, we will give a donation of $1,000.00 towards a fund that we will use to help make our world a better place.

 

In the past we have used the money to help build or outfit a home for a deserving family living on Baja Peninsula in Mexico, in and around San Quintin. This is an area of significant poverty, which you can easily see in the pictures in the slideshow above. The organization we have partnered with over the last handful of years, One Life One Chance  (OLOC), is seeking to do more than provide homes, but uses providing homes as a way to bring revitalization and renewal by finding the other needs within the community and then helping to address them on a local level. This is a method of revitalization that is focused primarily on empowering and coming along side the locals.

Most recently we have become involved with a company called The   Wellspring Foundation and have partnered with them in their Rubavu project - this project will assist in providing opportunity to the 92,000 children in Rwanda and help to provide them with a quality, fair and safe learning environment and equip them with an education that will help each and every one of them, male and female, to create a better life.

We're also proud to recurrently work alongside and sponsor Hungry For Life (HFL) for their Christmas Auction to help raise funds to help eradicate needless suffering around our world.

And finally, we have had the pleasure to donate and support a beautiful company called Solahis, who's passion is to support young people who live in the most impoverished communities in Medellin, Colombia.

We have supported other important and courageous charities and causes both financially and physically throughout our time as a company and it is our commitment that we will continue to do so!
